This website facilitates lead generation for Airtel 5G SmartConnect internet services. We collect your information and forward it to Airtel Networks Kenya Limited for processing. The actual service provision, installation, billing, and ongoing support are handled by Airtel Networks Kenya Limited.
The service comprises an outdoor unit (ODU — ZLT X17M) and an indoor WiFi 6 router (ZLT W304VA PRO) connected via Ethernet (PoE). The router device and SIM card are provided by Airtel at no cost to the subscriber.

Service availability is subject to Airtel network coverage, technical feasibility, and service terms. We reserve the right to determine service eligibility based on location and technical requirements. We do not guarantee service availability in all areas.
All prices displayed are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are for informational purposes. Current packages:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is determined by Airtel Networks Kenya Limited.
Installation dates and times are subject to availability and scheduling. We will contact you to confirm installation details within 24 hours of receiving your registration. You are responsible for ensuring access to the installation location during the scheduled time.
Important: The KSh 1,000 installation fee is payable only after the outdoor unit has been successfully mounted, connected, and confirmed as working. Do not pay the installation fee before the installation is complete and operational.
Monthly subscription fees are paid directly to Airtel Networks Kenya Limited — not to Airtel Agent. your Airtel Agent does not collect, process, or hold subscription payments. Payment methods (M-Pesa, card, bank transfer) are administered by Airtel Kenya. No long-term contract is required; service is provided on a month-to-month basis.
As an authorized agent, Airtel Agent acts as an intermediary for lead generation and registration. We are not responsible for service delivery, network performance, data speeds, or service interruptions. Airtel Networks Kenya Limited is solely responsible for service provision and related liabilities.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this website, delays in service provision, or network performance issues. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount of commission received for facilitating your registration.
All Airtel trademarks, logos, and brand elements displayed on this website are the property of Airtel Networks Kenya Limited. They are used with authorization as part of our authorized agent agreement. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Airtel trademarks without prior written permission.
